Property drive-bys

We perform 2 drive-bys annually. We will conduct additional drive-bys if we think the tenant is not caring for your property.

For as little as $20 per month, you can get $1M of liability insurance that covers your rental.

Full Internal inspections

We conduct full Internal inspections each year at 90 days to 6 months after the tenant has moved in. The Housing Authority performs their safety inspection annually. With all these inspections, your property is well-cared for.
