We are a full service, property management company specializing in the Housing Choice Voucher program (HVC; Section 8) serving the metro Atlanta area with a focus on single family homes, multi-family homes, and small apartment complexes. We offer a range of full range of services including owner HCV registration, marketing, tenant placement, management, turnover, and maintenance and repair. We have implemented processes and methods designed to reduce the headaches and property damage that many owners associate with Section 8.

We are licensed Georgia real estate agents and do not handle any “buy/sell” transactions. Property management is our only business and your property is our primary focus - property management is not a side business.

How We Started

We started managing property with our own rentals in 2004 - doing everything possible to make them money-making, great rentals. As our own portfolio grew, we learned how to manage rentals effectively, efficiently, and profitably. We expanded our services into the various government programs and developed sound processes and adopted best practices to secure the best tenants and enabling each member of our team to respond positively to issues and situations, handling difficult tenants, addressing and solving problems quickly, and maintaining property cost-effectively.
